Anilox Washing and Cleaning Machine:
Machine Description:
The machine is used for cleaning the Anilox Rolls (which used in Flexo Printing- example printing on nylon). Cleaning it from the precipitated ink within its microscopic cells.
As we know, the external surface of the Anilox is a ceramic layer has carved cells within it. Those cells works as the ink tank that feeds the printing tool continuously in order to obtain good and continuous printing. This ink precipitates within those cells layer after another and the result is bad printing and waste of money and time.
Our machine job and through the high pressure water is to get rid of this precipitated ink with no harm to the ceramic layer of the Anilox.
