مقدمة مختصرة:معمل المسحوق الخشن هو نوع جديد من أنواع آلات الطحن ترتقي لمتطلبات زبائن معالجة المسحوق الخشن. بناءً على سنوات خبرة الخبراء في البحث في صناعة الطحن وبعد الأخذ بتوصيات ومتطلبات العملاء المحليين والأجانب. إنه الجهاز المثالي لإحلاله بدلاً عن معمل ريموند، معمل الكرات، وغيرها من المعامل التقليدية التى تقوم بماعلجة المواد المسحوقة الناعمة. هو جهاز ذو فاعلية عالية ويتم تطبيقه على رمال الكوارتز، رمال السيليكا، رمال سبك المعادن، وغيرها من صناعة الرمال. كونها جزء من خطوط إنتاج مغلقة، يمكنها إنتاج أحجام مختلفة من المنتجات بتأثير أفضل. المبدأ العامل:درجة عمود رئيسية، أسطوانة ضخمة وساند بكرة التى يتم دفعها بواسطة مخفض. مجموعة بكرات يتم تركيبها فوق الساند تدور مع العمود الرئيسي وتتأرجح بحرية، في نفس الوقت يجذب قوة نابذة كبيرة تناثر المواد الكتلية بالتساوي في الطبقة الوسطى للسحق بين البكرة الرئيسية والحلقة. يتم سحق المواد الكتلية الى مسحوق وتسقط للأسفل ومن ثم تصريفها من فتحة التصريف تحت تأثير المكشطة المتزامنة الدوران. امتيازات التكنولوجيا:1. الفاعلية العالية للمواد المستهلكة، تستهلك بشكل متساوي وعمرها الافتراضي ثلاث مرات أكثر من كسارة ريموند.2. نسبة عالية من الرمل يمكن إتناجه بواسطة هذه الآلة.3. المعمل هو جهاز إزالة المواد الكبريتية من مصنع الطاقة ذو فاعلية عالية يمكنه سحق كربونات الكالسيوم CaCO3 الى مسحوق ناعم أقل من 2 – 1 مم، وتأثير إزالة المواد الكبريتية أفضل.4. يمكن استخدام هذه الآلة كجهاز سحق مسبق لاستخدام معمل الكرات؛ وبالتالي سيزيد فاعلية معمل الكرات بنسبة 50%.5. المنتجات الخارجة من هذه الآلة تستخدم لعمل الطوب الناري، والبلك ومواد بناء أخرى جديدة.6. تستخدم بشكل رئيسي للمعالجة المسبقة للمواد الهش المختلفة الغير قابلة للاشتعال أو الانفجار التى لها صلابة أقل من تسعة.
