The apartment building is located right on the Alexandria Cornish and is situated in one of the city's most elegant neighborhoods. The building has 16 floors, is breezy, very clean and cozy with lovely sea views. It is tastefully furnished in Western style and is fully equipped.



There are two large bedrooms (one room has king size wide beds, and the second has two 48" wide beds and two sofa). The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Both bedrooms have spacious built-in closets. One bedroom also has a balcony overlooking the sea. All bedroom floors are ceramic.



The small foyer leads to a dining room which opens into a spacious living room (window/door view is the sea). The kitchen is fully equipped with a  two burner hotplate,  refrigerator, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils etc.  In the dining room there is a hutch which conveniently holds the dishes and glassware.



There is free internet dial-up connection and satellite TV. There are two friendly "doormen" (concierges) for the building.



We are 10 Km away from the Sidi Gaber Train Station (if you want to travel to Cairo for the day), 30 km from the 'Al Nozha' international airport (servicing Air Arabia, Egypt Air, Gulf Air, Kuwait Airways, Libyan Arab Airlines, Olympic Airlines, Qatar Airways, Royal Jordanian and Saudi Arabian Airlines), 60 km from the 'Borg al Arab' airport (servicing Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa and Libyan Arab Airlines), 9 km from downtown Alexandria and 10 km from the city's entrance.

Our building is conveniently located in Nameat Allah St., Mandara area.  We are close to Montaza Palace, restaurants, banks and supermarkets which are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Come stay with us and you can find out for yourself!!!
