First Stage:

(a). Clients are expected to submits their project proposals to the bank for approval.

(b). After careful project summary evaluation procedures by the banks, if successful, the bank's  board of directors shall be meeting and deliberate based on the project investment procedures, the bank shall be sending you our loan/investment application form for completion.

(c). On return of the completed form and the project owner or representative international passport copy attached, the banks shall also analyze all submitted information by clients.

(d). If approved by the banks, the banks shall be sending you all necessary documents including- Loan/Investment Agreement letter, Letter of  project funding approval, Letter Of Financial offer after the approved company's escrow account has been activated by the investing bank.

(e). On signing of all agreements, the banks shall be delegating five bank inspection personnel's to the projects site for inspection purposes and to finalize all other outstanding issues with the client including submitting all hard copies of all documents.

(f). On successful project inspections of the project based on the banks officials, the bank shall be commencing with the disbursements of funds to client(s), which the client is expected to submit their company's receiving account details.

LOAN TERMS. ~~~~~~~~~~~

[1] Up to 100% project financing

[2] Term loan--------------- 1 to 30 years

[3] Collateral-------------Must be real estate or other fixed assets bank guarantees, SBLC/

Escro account activation guarantee

[4] Grace period for repayment----- One Year And Six Months

[5] Prepayment penalties---- None

[6] No accrued interest until after the grace period is completed

[7] No principal payment until the project is completed

[8] No ownership/equity ownership by lenders

[9] Up to 100% project financing

[10] Debt financing [loan guaranteed on assets financed]

[11] Approved clients must activate an escrow account with the funding bank through our bank before funds could be disbursed to client's receiving accounts.

[12] Meetings shall be arranged by the banks once all procedures are formalized and completed by all parties involved.

We also wish to inform you that we can provide loan against your instrument, which shall be after the clients has presented to us with an evidence of activation of an investment escrow account with the investing/providing bank. Further information of procedures shall be sent to your attention on confirming to us with of the bank's opportunities your company is interested in.

We shall also request a scanned copy of the instrument, to confirm if the banks can accept its procedures
