Shipment First vessel loading scheduled 30 to 45 days after receipt of letter of credit and acceptance by our bank the following payment terms.
Shipment Size 30,000 MT per shipment
Payment Terms Letter of Credit: Irrevocable, transferable, confirmed, auto-revolving, letter of credit total amount payable 100% at sight from a prime bank, negotiations at seller’s bank.
Inspection By SGS at the place of loading. SGS shall issue an inspection certificate of quality and quantity.
Performance Bond 2% by seller’s bank in favor of the buyer after acceptance of operative LC by seller’s bank
Procedures 1. Buyer issues full LOI with FULL bank details AND permission for bank soft probe.
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer returns signed FCO
4. Seller issued draft contract with bank details.
5. Buyer signs/seals contract and return if acceptable as final and informs seller of LC opening in first Class Bank. With draft L/C.
6. Seller signed and sealed final contract, buyer and seller exchange final contract.
7. Buyer opens non- operative LC.
8. Seller issue BP 2% and pop to activate l/c
9. Shipment
10.Payment
Note: Buyer can issue POF and RWA against POP bank to bank
