Shenlong integral stabilizers are manfactured from singer bar of AISI series 4145 H professional-forge steel. The blades are formed by spiral milling operation thar removes metal between the blades
thus leaving the blades as an integral part os tool. And are spiraled to give a maxmum continuous wall contact and to minimizer rotating torque and damage to the wall of the hole.
Shenlong employs pressed in tungsten carbide alloy button. Strict ultasonic inspections have been applied to all stabilizers to quarantee high quality.
