DELIVERY: 30 to 35 days after confirmed of L/C
PAYMENT TERMS:
Irrevocable, transferable, confirmed, divisible Bank Guarantee 100 %
at sight against presentation of shipping documents at loading ports.

1 - BUYER ISSUES LOI/ICPO + BCL or RWA
2 – Seller issues Sale and Purchase Agreement
3 - Buyer signs and returns Sales and Purchase Agreement by fax.
7 - Buyer opens operative BG.
8 - Within 10 banking days from date of issue the operative BG the
Seller’s Bank issues the Proof of Product to buyer’s bank. This will
activate the financial Instrument.
9 - Delivery begins contract terms and conditions.
