NF ATV 500 is equipped with a quality 500cc engine independently featuring large cylinder bore, 4 valves with the advantages of engines of durability, stronger power, lower noise, lower fuel consumption and environmental protection. The engine can fully meet the cooling requirement of long-time operation at low speed with high torque and has obtained a number of national patents.
The NF ATV 500 boasts the following features:
- Auto style crystal headlight;
- Auto style dashboard;
- Electrical output jack;
- Integrated front bumper;
- High-positioned steel muffler;
- High-positioned CVT air intake and outlet ducts enable the vehicle with better on and off road capability and water fording;
- Engine: Independently designed and developed 500CC liquid-cooled CVT engine
-Side Grille: side grilles for better cooling of the engine;
-Front Vent Grille: The front vent grille of honeycomb design ensures homogenous heat transfer
-Muffler: High positioned muffler
-Recoil Starter: Helps to start the engine when there is a failure with electrical starting
-Dashboard: The information center gauge
-Fuel Tank& Fuel Tank Cap: 19L extra large fuel tank and fuel tank cap with pressure balance device, designed to be waterproof and dust-proof;
-Footrest Board: Footrest board with anti-skid racks for both the driver and passenger
-Left Handlebar Switch: Integrated with illumination switch, dip switch, turning indicator switch, Override switch, horn button, electric start button
-Right Handlebar Switch: Integrated with differential lock button. Press to lock the front differential and press again to release the lock.
-Gear Shift Unit: L/H/N/R/P
-Rear View Mirror: clear and wide view sight to ensure riding safety.
-Front Headlight: Integrated Crystal Headlight, EEC homologated and DOT approved
-Rear Turning Indicator: Rear Turning Indicator: Integrated Crystal Headlight, EEC homologated and DOT approved
-Taillight: integrated with brake light, small light and license plate light, EEC homologated and DOT approved.
-Towing Bracket: Highly adaptable to trailers. Please operate according to the specified hitch towing capacity
-Electrical Output Jack: For cigarette lighter & electric output jack
-Drive System: 4-wheel independent suspension, 4X2 and 4X4
-Protector: For protection of front and rear suspension
-Front Shock Absorber: Suspension system of variable-pitch spring and double wishbone
-Wheel: 2.5mm steel rim and off-road tire. Alloy rims and on-road tires available upon request
-Front Rack: load limit: 35kgs
-Rear Rack: load limit: 70kgs
The high off-road capability of ATV enables the vehicle to operate on sand beach, grassland, snow land, farms, construction sites, hillsides and in forests. With the relevant accessories, the ATV can be widely used for agricultural purpose, geological exploration, petroleum exploration, forestry, lawn mowing, snow removal, military appliances, sports and leisure.
