HPL Hot Press Machine
Usage:
HPL boards(usually called fire-resistant board) are becoming popular decorative materialsdue to the characteristics of being smooth - clean - and pretty and havingsuperior physical and chemical specifications - Hot press group will be the keyequipment for HPL boards. Top Industry (Chengdu) Ltd has developed series of10-25 opening hot press groups - such as: 4*8 - 4*10 - 5*10 - 5*12 - 6*8 - 6*12 - which are composed of loader - unloader - hot press - roll conveyor - vacuumconveyor - hydraulic system - electrical control system and temperature controlsystem etc.
HPL Hot Press Machine Feature:
The maincharacteristic of HPL press machinery is high pressure on sheet. It can hotpress and cool at the same time - so it can guarantee the manufacturingtechnology for high quality sheets. It is frame structure - high intensity andrigidity. The oil tank adopts new Step-seal and YX sealing ring. The streamsand cooling air are alternating to heat and cool sheets. The inner channel ofsheets is rational to make temperature increase rapidly and equally. The streamsystem adopts metal soft pipe to connect and synchronizing linkage is of rack-and-geartype. Crossbeam can rise steadily. It has automatic temperature-detectingdevice. Hydraulic system adopts vane pump and high-pressure plunger pump whichhas large flow and low noise. The key valves have imported components so thatit can meet the requirements of closure time and rate of rise.
