We, Sellers representative, hereby state and represent that we confirm with full legal and corporate responsibility
Under penalty of perjury that we are ready, willing and able to sell and deliver the following product, as follow
PRODUCT:
QUALITY: Wheat grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 GOST 9353-2016
QUANTITY: Ship party twenty-five thousand tons., total number of one million tons.
ORIGIN: Russia
PACKING: In bulk
PAYMENT:
50% - prepayment for a shipload of 25 thousand tons
50% - upon delivery on CIF terms
INSPECTION:
Inspection company will be SGS at the port of loading. Inspection expenses at port
of loading should be paid by the Seller. Inspection expenses at the port of discharge
should be paid by the Buyer.
PROCEDURE:
The buyer arrives in Moscow, Russia.
At a personal meeting, the Buyer and the Seller provide each other with the original
documents on the availability of finances and resources. The parties sign the contract.
The buyer pays 50% of the cost of the ship lot twenty-five thousand tons. .
Further according to the terms of the Agreement.
