1. Supervising the electrical installation of the project which include :
- 11 KV switch gear
- Diesel power station
- 11/0.4 KV distribution to ship–unloaders
- Low voltage distribution to the conveying system
- All the lighting facilities
2. Preparing the technical studies for the new installation.
3. Supervising the contract items execution with the supplier
(Chief Industries Company – USA)
4. Preparing the studies for the standard preventive and corrective maintenance for the equipment.
5. Following up the maintenance and repair schedules.
6. Reducing the running cost for all the consumptions such as fuel, trucks, spare parts,
7. Determining the annual budget of the company requirement.
8. Co – ordinating the production requirements with the maintenance of the equipment.
9. Holding the daily, weekly, monthly meetings for measuring the target achievement and deviations and instructions for solutions.
10. Supervising the Electrical department, Mechanical department and civil department mangers activities.
11. Matching the production time with market requirements and equipment availability.
