Conference Management
We manage and produce business event from the initial brief through to completion. We start by establishing the framework for a conference or presentation, its aims and specific requirements, and the messages our clients wish to communicate to their target audience.
We can locate and secure a suitable venue that will directly meet our client requirements; we will arrange for catering, flower arrangement, photography and book accommodation if required. We design, print and mail the invitations; we are also responsible for printing badges, promotional materials and programs. We can also provide our clients with advertising materials that is customized for the event such as flyers, posters, banners and billboards.
We offer a wide range of technical advice and production services, and we can organize the complete setting of a conference room, including audiovisual, staging, etc. Regardless of size and requirements, the whole event can be handled fast and effectively. We can organize simple presentations and large scale conferences.

Conference site booking, Main ballroom, break out rooms booking, Set up arrangements for the main hall exhibition, meeting rooms and breakout rooms including: Pre and post conference arrangements & handling and Site Inspections for certain committees prior to the exhibition commences and Hotel accommodation for conference participants in Amman.
-Hotels Bookings for all participants nearby the conference site 3*, 4* & 5* and Hospitality desk in each hotel with full computer set up to service clients needs and Private check in at each hotel property and Free upgrading if possible for TOP VIP participants
And finally Special Welcome kit to be placed in each room including registration and valuable information.
Meet & Assist at Queen Alia International Airport, Or any border
-Jordan Multimedia team will meet and assist any international exhibitor at the airport or any Jordanian border. Each of our representatives will be holding a sign to read the travelers name at the airport or the borders. Jordan Multimedia team is privileged to meet the clients at the plane gate. Jordan Multimedia team can arrange for all the visa regulation, custom and airport or border procedures. Jordan Multimedia Team assists thru the luggage identification. Jordan Multimedia Team assists thru luggage lost or claim
